Investigating - We’re experiencing some issues that means push notifications and feed items may be delayed 😢

Transactions should still go through and your card should continue to work like normal. Top ups and Monzo-to-Monzo payments are working, however your displayed balance may not update until the notification appears.

Identified - Chat support for customers who haven’t upgraded their accounts yet is limited outside the hours of 9am - 6pm.

To upgrade in less than 5 minutes, tap the banner at the bottom of your feed.

Identified - There will be planned downtime on Sunday 14 January from 01:00 GMT for prepaid Monzo cards, as our third party card processor will be performing scheduled maintenance to help make their systems more reliable 🛠 During this time, card payments, Monzo-to-Monzo payments and top-ups will not work ❌ You will still be able to view your app and contact customer service and we’ll be sure to post an update when the maintenance has concluded.
Please note Monzo current accounts will be unaffected. We're so sorry if this causes you any issues. We're working hard with our partner to provide a service you can rely on.

Update - We’re experiencing problems and card payments might not work 😔 Your balance might appear incorrect in the app and notifications may also be delayed. This issue only affects prepaid users, current account users can use their cards as normal. We’re working hard to fix the problem as soon as we can, and will continue to post updates. We are sorry for letting you down this evening.
